The Gloucester Writers Center is seeking the right person to work part-time (20 hours/week) managing the 5,500 volume Maud / Olson Library special collection. The collection includes:
Books, periodicals and ephemera that made up the library of Gloucester poet Charles Olson
Olson’s works and letters
Biographies and commentaries on Olson’s work
Gloucester-related materials
Items related to Black Mountain College.
Candidates for this position must be able to demonstrate knowledge of and enthusiasm for the works of Charles Olson as well as support for the mission of the Maud Olson Library and the Gloucester Writers Center.
