What we offer:
The GWC offers a comfortable place to stay. There is a single bed and a futon that can sleep two. The simple kitchen has a stove, coffee maker, fridge and kettle. The pantry is stocked with a few things but residents need to supply their own food.
There is WIFI at the GWC but there is no landline.
What we ask:
We encourage you to engage in the community. Writers-in-residence are required to give a reading during their stay. If you are interested in being more available to the community, please let us know.
We ask that each writer leave a few words for us to post on our blog. A poem, a story, a note on your stay– it is up to you. Please send your note to Amanda@GloucesterWriters.org.
Although we clean the GWC after your stay, we ask you to please leave things neat. Beds should be stripped and towels and bedding can be left in a pillowcase by the bathroom door. We request a $75 donation to cover housekeeping costs.
Residencies are limited.
