Kevin Gallagher is a poet, publisher, and political economist living in Greater Boston with his wife Kelly, children Theo and Estelle–and Rexroth the family’s German Shephard. His new book is THE WILD GOOSE. AND YET IT MOVES, is due out from Madhat Press later this year. The audio version of his 2016 book LOOM will be released at the end of 2022. Gallagher edits spoKe, a Boston-based journal of poetry and poetics. He works as a professor at Boston University’s Pardee School of Global Studies, where he directs the Global Development Policy Center. Mary Buchinger is the author of five collections of poetry, including / klaʊdz / (Lily Poetry Review Books, 2021), e i n f ü h l u n g/in feeling (Main Street Rag, 2018), Aerialist (Gold Wake, 2015), Virology (Lily Poetry Review Books, forthcoming) and Navigating the Reach (Salmon Poetry, forthcoming). Buchinger grew up in rural Michigan, served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ecuador, and earned a doctorate in linguistics from Boston University.
