A LIGHTHEARTED LOOK AT LOCAL LIFE
Kathleen Williams
Lately, the world has seemed inside out, upside down, and frankly, just a little backward. I’ve tried to understand it, reason with it, and once or twice, even tried to adapt to it. But in the last couple of years, I decided to embrace it and run with it. The result has been a collection of humorous flash fiction pieces I call, “The Adventures of Ephelides Dogbar And Other Preposterous Disquisitions From Tragabigzanda.” The title pays homage to the titles of Captain John Smith’s several books on his life and times. And the writing is, well, all mine. This collection is a departure from the work I had previously done – combining photography and the written word. But then, hey.
