There will be a reading of pieces at 11:30 on Friday the 8th. Parents and friends welcome.
Story and Space
In this workshop we will explore place through the art of short story. The places we live and travel to define and shape us in countless ways. We will explore how other writers use place in their work and to what purpose. We will visit different local places a short walk away from the Gloucester Writers Center, look at how they feel different or the same, and write stories using their influence. This workshop will also be an opportunity for students to explore and grow their own voices as writers.
