Kent Bowker is a survivor of the mid-century renaissance in Berkeley, California. Jack Spicer, Robin Blaser and Robert Duncan were his mentors. He spent a career working as a physicist (without any degrees) in optics. For over a decade he has published his work at www.kentbowker.org This is his first nontechnical publication.
