Mug Up: Reading Like A Writer.

What makes a good story good? We’ll use Francine Prose’s book, Reading Like a Writer, as a jumping off point for our discussion of close reading, what we can learn from the books and stories we read and love. Great if you’ve read Prose’s book. Also fine if you haven’t. Give some thought to some of the books you’ve read that have inspired you in one way or another.
