Mug Up Work Shop Series: Elements of Story (Plot, Time and Sequence)

$30The Mug Up Workshop Series is a six-week mini-semester meeting on Saturday mornings from 9-11. Sharpen your pencil and join us as we focus on a variety of subjects. Each workshop is $30 or $20 each if you register for all six. Register by emailing GloucesterWriters@gmail.com.
What happens in your story? What series of events moves the story and decides the direction it takes? Where is the conflict? What is its resolution? We’ll discuss examples in the literature and your own work and do some exploration through in-class exercises to discover ways to strengthen your plots, including the use of of flashback and slow motion for added impact.
