May 6, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Mark the Date.  Watch the Stream. Ask a the Author.

Wednesday, May 6 at 7 p.m.
Anna Solomon & Charlotte Gordon discuss Anna’s new book.

Here’s what Publisher’s  Weekly had to say:

“Fresh and tantalizing, with fascinating intergenerational discussions about desire, duty, family, and feminism, as well as a surprising, completely believable twist.”

Anna Solomon is the author of three novels – The Book of V., Leaving Lucy Pear, and The Little Bride-and a two-time winner of the Pushcart Prize.  She was born and raised in Gloucester and lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and two children.

Anna is on the GWC Board of Advisors and led a workshop last October at the GWC’s Dogtown Writers Festival.  She is on a virtual tour with The Book of V.  Listen to a conversation with her fellow writer and friend Charlotte Gordon and then ask any questions you may have. The interview will stream on Facebook and when the conversation ends  the lines will be open for questions. Come, listen and engage.

Support our own independent bookstore The Bookstore of Gloucester, by calling 978-281-1548 or emailing gloucesterbookstore@gmail.com and pre-ordering a signed copy of THE BOOK OF V.
